Midway Employs Spanish Speaking Team

Like most dealerships, the Midway Auto Dealerships of Kearney has always had a Spanish speaking sales person on staff. However, that has never seemed like a true service. When that sales person has a day off or is busy the rest of the customers are always waiting. So, several months ago Midway started the search to assemble a team of Spanish speaking employees always available to serve the Spanish speaking community. “We are really excited to be able to truly serve the Spanish speaking community now,” said Hector Diaz, the team’s lead. The team consists of five members, three full time customer service agents in the call center, one product specialist and a team lead. Eduardo, Marlela and Jayne work in Midway’s customer service department. Eduardo can answer any questions, provide information about vehicles, or schedule appointments for service or sales. Jayne and Marlela is here to make sure all phone calls are directed to the correct member of the team. Jorge is a product specialist selling new and pre-owned vehicles. The team lead is Hector Diaz.

Hector is a long time veteran of the automotive industry in central Nebraska. Hector will be able to assist customers whether they are looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle at either Midway location.
