Just like the Nebraskans who drive them, the Ram trucks at Midway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are ready to get to work. Durability, strength, and dependability are characteristics of all Ram trucks, but what should you look for when it comes to the different trim levels?

At Midway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we’re proud to be your certified Ram partner. We know that farm trucks are an important part of your agricultural business and we’re here to help you find the best truck to help you get the job done or teach your more about how to customize and lift your RAM.

You already know that Ram trucks are unbeatable, but how do you know which trim level is best? We’re digging deeper to show you the different characteristics of our top 2017 Ram 1500 trim levels that will give you a better idea of which farm truck matches your needs.

Ram Cargo Space

Even for being the most basic trim level of the Ram 1500 lineup, this truck is anything but boring.

The Tradesman offers the standard features you’ll want in a truck like automatic headlights, and cruise control, but also includes so much more.

A six-speaker sound system with a USB port and auxiliary input jack, vinyl upholstery, delay-off headlights, an overhead airbag and a V6 engine all make up the features of this reliable truck.

Big Horn

Ram Bighorn Storage compartments

The Big Horn is a step up from the Tradesman and is your go-to everyday truck that will get you around town while still having enough room to load all the necessities in the little over 5.5 ft length cargo box.

The Big Horn also boasts heated door mirrors, allowing you to feel safe in knowing you can see from all angles without having to scrape off the ice and snow during the rugged Nebraska winters.

A park view rear back-up camera, integrated voice command with Bluetooth, remote start, fog lamps, and a passenger vanity mirror are additional upgrades from the Tradesman.

Ram Sport

If you’re looking to get down and dirty, this is the truck for you. With more power than the Tradesman or Big Horn, the Sport has a V8 engine and a 1,300 pound maximum payload.

Since you’ll be doing more loading and towing, the Sport comes with a towing harness and trailer sway control, ensuring that whatever you’re haul gets to its destination safe.

Additional hot features of the Sport include heated front seats and door mirrors and a heated steering wheel. Rounding out the features include wireless streaming and two LCD monitors in the front of the vehicle.

With features like these, you’ll be comfortable never leaving your truck!

Ram Towing

The leader in the Ram 1500 trim pack is the great and powerful Laramie. The Laramie offers all of the key features in the Sport trim level and more!

Chrome-accented 20-inch wheels, leather upholstery, driver memory settings, an 8.4 inch touchscreen display, and a 10-speaker surround sound system are all included in the Laramie.

This truck puts the “heavy” in heavy-duty. With a V8 engine and 1,470 pound maximum payload, you’re ready to haul just about anything imaginable from the farm to town and everywhere inbetween.
