Vehicle taken in for a recall. Service was done in a timely manner and I was given a loaner vehicle to use while the recall was taken care of. Because of the specific recall I was concerned with safety on driving it. It was inspected for me so I didn't have to worry about it. I'm not very knowledgeable with vehicles so usually things like this are stressful. Oscar made the process simple & stress free. Thank you.

I brought my jeep in to have a recall checked out. Everyone was nice and professional but they did not actually do much of anything as they said my headrests ( the reason for the recall) were fine.

Service tech Regina Decker and another (female) tech (whose name we didn't get) went to extra effort to correct our bill using our Ethos extended warranty. We had never had occasion to use Ethos, but we were remiss in not mentioning it until our car was repaired and we were billed. They contacted Ethos anyway and got us the credit we were entitled to. Great customer service! We had no dealings with Brent Curaco or the Administration department mentioned below.

Did an amazing job at helping me find what I needed. They compared cars, explained everything from start to finish and even took time after the sale to show me how to access features and how they worked.
In the end, the experience was great. The only issue I had was minor. The young lady that was cashing me out, didn't know about the CRJR tire sale or how to apply a sale and was a bit rude in saying "I can't do this!" She got her manager who walked her through the process. Seemed more like she didn't know how to do it versus not being able to do it, but she could have been more professional in the interaction and said that she wasnt familiar with the sale and didnt know ... I was passing through on my way to Wyoming when the alert for my fuel filter came on. I contacted Midway online, they were closed at the time. I got a hotel room and showed up the next morning. They were busy but still took care of me right then and there. Helpful folks.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called multiple times about a problem I had with their service and was never given the courtesy of even responding to me The only response I had was from the salesman who said he could do nothing about my problem but trade me for another new truck. He would trade my new diesel truck with 6000 miles for a gas burner they had on the lot for only $27120.00 more. What a deal! His reason used trucks were worth very little. Went in for recall service. Ready for me when I got there. Took only the estimated amount of time I was told repair would take so I didn't sit around too long. Polite young man came and told me status of repair and then escorted me to sign paper work and then to my vehicle.
They were very helpful to us to get our car fixed and on our way
Elliot answered the phone when we broke down. He continued to keep in contact with us for the 24 hours it took to fix it. He went out of his way to help above and beyond anyone in business I’ve ever dealt with.
